Like all the transport-organizing authorities, the C.C.S. must make its network fully accessible by the start of 2015.

Following the adoption of the master plan of accessibility in 2009, a work program for installation and compliance of the stops of the TIS was established. 10 to 12 bus stops and 3 to 4 transport-on-demand stops will be installed each year between 2010 and 2014.

Since 2004, the buses in service on lines A and B are buses with lowered floors giving access to people in wheelchairs if the stop has been built. In 2010 and 2011, they will be replaced by the latest generation buses, which in addition to the range of access to seats, will be equipped with visual and sound advertisements for people suffering from a visual or auditing deficiency.
